Last week after being involved in a car crash, I found myself looking at affordable used cars. After almost giving up because it is very difficult to find a good deal with a used car, I called P.C.T. Enterprises and spoke to Nate. It was a few minutes before 6:00 PM. Although the dealership closes at 6:00 PM, Nate invited me over and said he would wait for me. This gesture was very impressive. I selected one particular vehicle and Nate gave me a brief history of this one owner car and even gave me the Car Fax. Yesterday I bought the vehicle and a few minor issues that are usually part of a used car were promptly taken care of. Michael did the paperwork and explained everything in detail so nothing was unclear or confusing. As a senior citizen, I have bought many many new and used vehicles in my lifetime. Some good deals and some not so good but I will highly recommend this car dealership to family and friends or anyone looking for a vehicle. Their office is bright, clean and comfortable. Thank you Nate, Micheal and Linda who was as pleasant as the rest of the team. I really didn't think I would find a good deal but I did. We love our new (used) car.

Very pleased with P.C.T. A few months ago they worked hard into getting me into a reliable vehicle because of my bad credit. Today I had an issue with my battery and was stranded without being able to start it, so I called pct up to find out where I should have it towed because I'm under a warranty. Mike not only told me where to take it, but jumped in his car in his dress clothes and met me within only 10 minutes and got right under the hood of my car and got it started and then made sure I had no problems getting it to the shop. The buying experience was a good one. My salesman Scott was polite, kept me informed throughout the process and was not at all pushy or aggressive. The buisness department was dilligent and got the job done even with my lack of credit history. The facilities were spotless and their inventory has virtually something for everyone. Give them a look if you're in the market for a good car.
