I took my mother's car in for new shocks. Got a good price , used a gift card given to me by Xpertech and they got the job done a half hour faster then the estimated it would take. Kathleen, Jamie and their staff of awesome technician's are just super people.
After driving my car for less than 5 min. Dean, the tech knew exactly what the problem was, (rear wheel bearing) promptly repaired. Comfortable atmosphere while you wait. My wife was also impressed. We have 3 cars and that's where we'll go for service and repairs next time. Tony&Maggie
What a blessing it was to find xpertech. I moved here and arrived in the afternoon and that evening had a "battery not charging" warning in my truck. I did a web search and the great reviews caused me to give them a call the next morning. To my surprise Kathleen said bring it in and we should be able to get you fixed today...a must since I still needed to return my uhaul trailer. Dropped it off at 8:45 and was ready my 12:30. Kathleen and Jamie were a pleasure to work with and feel like friends already. I am extremely grateful to have found this shop. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Turns out I bought a total lemon from a private seller. Brought it to Xpertech for what I though were minor issues. They found major rotting on the frame to the point it was determined unsafe to drive. They gave me amazing advice and attention. They clearly arnt out just to make a buck, they obviously have the safety of their customers as a priority. Will never use another mechanic!
