First and last time. Don't waste your money. They're don't wash it. They just wet it.
Employees were very nice, prices resonable, however my car was still dirty when I left.
They used to be good. Not anymore. I always get the package where they do interior and exterior. The vacuum job is always horrible and they never wipe the dash properly. I'm done with this place.
Blue Dolphin always provides me with a completely clean car at a reasonable price. I particularly like the brushless approach, which never scratches.
I get a full wash and hand wax full detail 4 times a year. I used to drive up to Venice at Eager Beaver but Blue Dolphin is closer so I gave them a shot. The first time I patronized them, I had a good experience. My car was immaculate which was great, but I was surprised at how much more it seemed to cost than at similar establishments.
My second time using this company my experience was far different. I know they get busy during season but I showed up early on a Saturday morning and dropped my car off without the expectation of it being done any time soon. They called me at four o clock to tell me it was ready. I showed up and they told me my floor mats were a little damp and they needed to finish drying in the trunk. This bothered me because I just got my car cleaned and now there were no mats to catch dirt and debris. The next morning I went into my trunk to find out that they put soaking wet floor mats in my trunk alongside one of my children s Christmas presents. The box was so wet it was ruined and my clean trunk now smelled like mildew. I called the manager and they offered to buy me more floor mats, which is probably why I gave a three star instead of a lower rating. I do not understand how in the hottest place in the country, these could have stayed wet enough after them having my car a full day that it ruined my belongings. Overall, I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.
