Since I arrived in Florida this has been my doctor. I have nothing bad to say about this office. The staff is fantastic, and fun to talk to. Doc is really good, she listens and then she gets to the point too, even if you didn't want to hear that.. lol Thanks! ps let me take off as much as possible before i step on that stupid scale. :)
She is a no nonsense doctor that seems to get to the bottom of the problem quickly.
I called on Monday to become a new patient and I was told 48 hours for a call back. I figure they are busy because I am in the medical field I get it. It is now Friday and I receive no call back so I decide to call and check in. I get the rudest people on the phone. Telling me that I was going to get a call back today and they have to be fair. I was not upset that I didnt receive a call back. It had just been 4 days and I was checking. I told the rude office staff member, I think her name was Cindy, to just forget it. I can find another doctor that will take my cash because I am a self pay. I dont need a new physician with office staff that never call back and are rude!!!
