Called on a holiday (immediately after a major storm with tornados!) for non-emergency work. Rob R. arrived the same afternoon and worked for three hours on a list of requests. We're scheduling a couple of more involved projects for a later date.
Rob, the tech, was right on time, very knowledgable, easy to talk to, capable and efficient. I'd trust him to work in my grandmother's home.

Another 5-star job done by Looney Electrical employees at our home in Port Charlotte! We were so happy with the job they did a few years ago while putting our utilities underground, we hired them to remodel the interior of our home with a new fan outlet, 13 recessed lights and 3 pendant lights. Scheduling the work was easy and the job was completed flawlessly by Mark and Bryan- quality materials and workmanship has improved the lighting in our home beyond our expectations. It is always a pleasure to meet the employees from Looney Electric, they are all wonderful individuals who speak highly of the company they work for. I recommend them without reservation and look forward to hiring them for our next electrical project.

Office staff was sub par but once I was able to speak with the field tech he did a great job. Only downfall is that he was having to make up to the lack of follow though on the office side.
Looney had done service at my one home and I was very pleased with the job the tech did. I bought another home and wanted an estimate for extensive work. Had an appt for between 10:30 - 11:00 and nobody came or called. I called at noon, the snippy girl (Lisa I think) acted surprised and said she'd call me back when she found out where they were. She didnt call back so I called AGAIN at about 1:00 and got an even nastier woman who scolded ME because they were busy and shouted, "they're on their way lady"...I told her never mind, she's too nasty and cancel the call. I will never recommend them again!
Office staff answered right away, very pleasant and did what they said they'd do.
The bill was very reasonable.
