Our family lives in PA and unexpectedly needed to find a funeral home to help us when my mother in law passed away. First of all she answered the phone...calmly, compassionately and instilled total confidence that she and her team would take care of our mother/in law until we could get there. She did just that and met with us as soon as we arrived in town, again calmly walking us through the process and was able to even recommend an attorney to help us with the legal side of things.
