Best service in town. The new owner is very helpful and get the best options for my shippings. Also I could do all my notary here. Especially as the owner speaks also German, makes it easier for me.

I don't usually write any ratings but this time i feel the urge to do so. I was at the shop and not very familiar with the rates. The owner is a very nice and friendly lady. She helped me to get just what i wanted.
This company will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. I sent a package to my grandchildren (twins), for their birthday, and it was important to me that they receive it on their special day. I asked five times if the package would be delivered on that day and was assured and reassured it would. Well, guess what? It won't be delivered for two days after their birthday. When I called the store she refused to do anything about it. Pretty much - sorry for your luck. If she would of told me from the start I would have shipped it a different way. No package delivered when I requested and no refund for their mistake. You may say mistakes happen, but she knew what she was doing....... I will never use them again. $32.00 to ship a 14 x 14, 8lb box that took almost a week to get there. Really????
