Beautiful place to get grounded
A cute little place with neat and unique services. Yet, those massage parts were disappointing.
I have had the pleasure and opportunity to be introduced to the staff at 20 West and they are all amazing individuals. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed and feel at ease. The services provided there are the best I have had in a long time. I have had individual work from each of them as their specialties are best served for the nature of your ailments. I would highly recommend the establishment and any of the therapists there as they are all great and highly respected.
The massage therapist gave a good massage, but talked negatively about the owner being “all about money.”
She also smelled slightly (enough to notice) like cigarette smoke.

Also, I had chosen an expensive, special treatment and noticed that there was about a third of it left in the cup while dressing to leave. I asked the masseuse (her name started with a M - Michelle, Melissa, something like that) about the remaining portion. She said she was intending to keep it to use on herself! Thought I was paying for it to be used on me.
