The Doctors and Staff are wonderful
Sunnybrook is a rip off and the female vet does not know her a^& from a hole in the ground. Ran up a bill of almost $700 for unnecessary tests. The other male vet changed my dogs diet and he was fine! I wouldn't give them a dime!
Dont trust them! They say "pets are people too" there, but some of the staff have no real compasion for our beloved canines and the ukaslavian tall heavy set female doctor there shows no compassion or care when having your pet put down as well as some of the staff. They refused to let me love on my dog and calm him down when he was terrified during the process treating him like he was just an animal. I could hear the doctor in the back complaining and showing no love for these animals raising her voice in agravation. When they put the cathedar in his arm he was bleeding all over and one of the staff holding him said it was because his blood pressure was extremely high because he was terrified but they did nothing to show their concern for the way he was feeling. I was shocked and very upset with how they handled the whole process including not properly cleaning up his blood mess that others will be subject to. My heart is broken for my pet and the awlful way he had to die infront of myself and my children because of their lack of heart. I am very discusted and will never go back. Seems like they are always in a hurry to get paid and get you out and thats not right especially in this situation. I am switching vets. Shame on you sunnybrook!!
. As soon as we explained what was going on, they gave us an immediate appointment. The doctor explained thoroughly what is wrong with our dog and what we need to do for him. Everyone has been so kind and compassionate. Great animal hospital! I highly recommend it.
I have taken my dogs to see several of the doctors here, and have been beyond pleased with everyone in this office. Every member of their staff truly cares about your pet and it shows. The doctors are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions you have with a smile. They don't push you to do expensive or unnecessary treatments, and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you, Sunnybrook, for taking such good care of Shadow and Charlie! We are glad we found you guys.
They have been very helpful with my aging dog, and they were very supportive at the end.
