Had to make changes to date and time several times, but through it all, Enterprise came through. Vehicle was ready on time, and process was quick and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. I've been using Enterprise for the past three years and will continue to do so. They are very accommodating. The personnel at the Englewood branch are very professional and courteous.

The Enterprise rental experience was everything that we could ask for...and more. The mini van was ready for us on time, clean and ready to go. We drove to Tampa with it twice on airport runs and it was comfortable with plenty of room in addition to the six passengers. A bonus for us was the ease with which the seats were moved around to allow us to pick up a new kitchen stove from Sears and deliver it in the box to our residence. We returned the van a day early and saved ourselves considerable money. This is the second time that we have rented from the Englewood, FL Enterprise Rent-A-Car and when we need to rent again it will be with them.

I phoned at the last minute, was able to make a reservation, and pick up a vehicle before noon. Bobby, the GM is courteous, cheery, and extremely professional. He treated each customer as if they were the only one there. As always, a great experience with Enterprise.
