Ronnie, the location rep, was very helpful and anxious to make sure I was pleased with my rental experience.
I was in a hurry trying to drop my car off. To board a plane. I laid my hearing aids box in the seat. When I got on plane I realized it. Tried calling them. You can't speak to a person. Then you have to fill out a form and wait. Nothing even when I know 100% I know it was there. No help from Hertz.
Ronny was fabulous. I had stopped using Hertz as I was unhappy with the service I received a while back. I went to the Englewood office to rent and use up my free points and I was treated so well I will now resume using Hertz as my primary rental company. Thanks Ronny!
