Very disappointing experience I went into the store specifically because I was told if I got there right away I could order a stove and catch the truck for delivery on Wednesday it was Thanksgiving week and my stove is broken needless to say the stove never showed up and apparently the guy in the store put it in as an online order so when I called they told me it wasn't their problem I had to deal with online we are eight days later I canceled it the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I still don't have a credit in my account so much for shopping local then I get on customer service with Sears and the person didn't even speak enough English to help me didn't even understand what Thanksgiving was I would give it zero stars if possible
Great selection, friendly helpful service, and it's sears, cone on, they have everything and finance. I love sears stores
