I don't appreciate being lied about. Thank you Mike for going over and above by coming to my home to help resolve the issue ~ No longer a one but a 4 ~
Our experience with Carlson Roofing has been excellent. We had our roof replaced in April, 2017 and we are very pleased with the excellent workmanship provided. The crew did an exceptional job. They answered all our questions and they were very respectful and courteous. The Office Manager (Patti) and the owner (Michael Savage) were extremely friendly and helpful. We have had many compliments on our new roof and we highly recommend Carlson Roofing.
Such a rude woman answering the phone! Kept interrupting and wouldn't provide any clear answers to my questions. The company may or may not do good roofing, but I will never find out since I require a certain level of good customer service in those that I hire.
